A warehouse that serves interior design firms in Austin, TX.
My Role: As a visual designer, I approached this project by understanding the warehousing needs, and the stakeholder’s goals for their warehouse. This was done with brainstorming, interviews, and surveys. My overall approach was to think creatively, and openly as this service would have to appeal to creative types.
Challenge: The interior design firm that uses this warehouse for its own logistical needs wants to expand to gain usage from other interior design firms. They are concerned that if it’s tied to their brand, other firms (competitors) will not use the service.
Solution: Much like interior design, warehousing is stitched together by many components that come together to create a beautiful Montage. This concept is represented in the Montage logo, many lines, form a beautiful solution, and experience. Creative, and not tied to their current brand, appealing to interior designers.
Application: This project consisted of a branding package, digital and print ads, email campaigns, marketing materials, website development and design, and environmental signage.

Montage Brand Development
The Montage brand was developed in response to an interior design company needing warehousing. Arial was chosen as the font to be clean, and no fuss to mirror a streamlined experience for prospects. Fun and punchy colors were chosen to capture attention and connect with interior designers. The brand guidelines include an email signature, social media package, business cards, letterheads, logo development, and a selection of fonts and colors that encapsulate the brand's creative essence.
Website Redesign
The redesigned Montage website captures the vibrant spirit of Austin while showcasing its extensive warehousing services for both commercial and residential clients. With a fresh brand identity featuring bright pops of color and visually appealing imagery, the site offers a dynamic browsing experience that highlights our commitment to quality and innovation. The Designer's Ally Campaign
The Designer's Ally campaign was launched to target local Austin interior designers and drive business to Montage Logistics We adopted playful and relatable messaging to resonate with our audience effectively by calling to its Austin roots. Prospects could trust Montage because its warehouse is tailored specifically for interior designers, aligning with their unique needs and processes.
This lead generation campaign included email campaigns, LinkedIn digital ads, direct mailers, and proposals for interested prospects. By leveraging a comprehensive email list of both commercial and residential designers in Austin, the campaign successfully attracted numerous new clients to the company.
Montage Uniform
Montage had a uniform for its staff which includes a tri-blend shirt, a moisture-wicking shirt, a branded hard hat, and a baseball cap. The moisture-wicking t-shirt and baseball cap are ideal for staying cool in Austin's warm weather, while the tri-blend shirt is perfect for office employees on in-office days. Forklift operators are required to wear hard hats for safety.
Environmental Signage
The Montage signage package is a comprehensive solution designed to improve wayfinding and streamline delivery processes. This package includes an Infill Sign, Numbered Dock Doors, Front Door Signage, and a Moveable A-frame Display.
The primary goal was to enhance wayfinding for semi-truck drivers delivering materials. Given the warehouse's tricky location, we created large, bright signage with easily readable bay numbers. This eliminates any confusion between Montage staff and truck drivers, ensuring a seamless delivery process.
All signage adheres to Montage's brand guidelines, blending functionality with a touch of brightness to uplift the older building's appearance. The result is not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing, reinforcing our brand's commitment to efficiency and quality.
